When something goes wrong

Say what happened and what you expected, and include:

• your Mac's model and macOS version, from About This Mac;
• the Meannit version, from Meannit's About window;
• the call app you used, such as Zoom or Google Meet, and whether you wore headphones;
• for a transcript that came out wrong, the lines that are wrong and what was said.

Your recordings and transcripts stay on your Mac, so we can't see a meeting unless you send it. Only send what you're comfortable sharing.

The brand kit has the logos, the app icon, the colors, and screenshots of the app, with a made-up meeting in each. For anything else, email the same address.
